Welcome to my Jin Shin Jyutsu practice
Jin Shin Jyutsu is probably the oldest form of therapy that exists because it is innate. Unfortunately, it is discouraged because you "don't sit or stand like that" or you have to have your hands free for work.
It's so easy to just put your hands on painful or sensitive areas, such as your eyes, your knees, that new bruise. Or just hold your fingers or fold your hands.
You wouldn't do it if it wasn't so good and relief came immediately.
