Jin Shin Jyutsu individual treatment
During the first visit, an anamnesis is advantageous but not necessary.
The treatment is carried out in full clothing, so it is an advantage if it is comfortable. The relaxation usually follows after the first 2 - 3 movements.
A treatment of 60 minutes is considered by most to be the optimal duration. shorter treatments are also possible.
If someone wants to lie on the lounger for a full 60 minutes, the appointment must be booked longer in advance.
Appointments are by arrangement.

What does self-help mean?
Why should only your teeth and body benefit from daily cleaning and not the entire energy system? A little daily maintenance of nerves, muscles, tendons, skin, emotions, etc. helps you to better cope with the daily stress of yourself and the environment.
There is also a small series of grip sequences or individual grips that you can easily use and incorporate into your everyday life.
You would be amazed at how much you already use unconsciously. You can approach it more consciously.
In addition to going to the practice, daily application on yourself is highly recommended.
Let us show you how you can maintain yourself daily.
Jin Shin Jyutsu
Rediscovered in Japan by Jiro Murai in the last century, brought to America by the first student Mary Burmeister and spread from there, it sounds like an old technique.
But it is a healing art that is innate in every human being.
The hands are placed on different parts of the body to harmonize the flow of energy in the body. This helps with pain, discomfort, feelings and thoughts.
The aim is to bring body, soul and spirit back into harmony.
