Events

Appointments are agreed by telephone or in writing.
I do not pick up the phone during meetings or treatments. becomes a message
left on the combox, an SMS, Whatsapp, Signal or Telegram message is sent,
I'll get in touch as soon as possible.
If appointments cannot be kept, they must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise
they will be charged.
If you do not appear at the agreed time, the full amount will be charged.

treatment

There is no treatment for which a healing guarantee may be given.
During treatment with Jin Shin Jyutsu, the body's self-regulation is stimulated; Body, soul and spirit are balanced. No diagnoses or forecasts are made.

The stimulated self-regulation of the body can lead to faster healing processes. A resulting lower consumption of medication must be discussed with the doctor treating you. The responsibility lies with the client.

The client has to inform the practitioner in advance about special or relevant aspects of his state of health.

Products

Lichtenstrom also sells various product lines (e.g. Lavylites and i-like). The products are sold at the market price or at the price set by the manufacturer.

The products serve to support body, soul and spirit. The properties can be viewed at the respective manufacturers.

Payment Jin Shin Jyutsu

Payment is usually made in cash directly after the treatment. Other payment options are with TWINT or by bank transfer within 14 days.
If a Stromkur is booked, the full amount must be paid no later than after the second appointment or 14 days after the first appointment (whichever comes first).

Jin Shin Jyutsu is not (yet) EMR recognized. The treatments are usually not covered by health insurance.
It's still worth asking, for example, something is often taken into account via supplementary health care insurance.

Value vouchers are valid for 10 years according to OR, but you are still asked to redeem the vouchers within 1 year.
Vouchers for treatments are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, but personal vouchers may be redeemed by other people after consultation with Lichterstrom.

sale of products

If the products are purchased directly from Lichterstrom, payment must be made upon receipt of the goods either in cash or by TWINT. In exceptional cases, payment by bank transfer can be agreed; the amount must be received by Lichterstrom no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

events

Events include seminars, workshops and information evenings.
Registration for an event is binding and requires the payment of a fee-based event.

In the event of a no-show, no costs will be reimbursed unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event.

If the event is canceled due to the absence of the speaker (e.g. due to illness), there is no right to have it held. If the event is canceled or cancelled, the participant has the option of getting back the amount already transferred or having it credited at a later date (postponement date or subsequent event).
The participant is not entitled to reimbursement of expenses that he has caused himself, such as travel, meals or accommodation.

The costs of the event are specified in the respective advertisement.
